I bought a new 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Moritz. It has been the worst experience of my life. I haven’t even had it for 2 years yet and iv already taken it back twice for making a ticking sound from the en been the worst experience of my life. I haven’t even had it for 2 years yet and iv already taken it back twice for making a ticking sound from the engine. The first time they tried to tell my husband that nothing was wrong everything checked out. We bring it home only for the ticking noise to continue. We took it back to Moritz for the second time dropped it off and went back in the morning to dry start it so we could show them what it was that we were hearing. Come to find out the top part of the engine needed to be replaced and the computer wasn’t reading a problem. It was fixed for a bit now you can hear the same noise. Then this evening it has begun to OVERHEAT. A still fairly new 2019 vehicle overheating.... This has just been to much for this new of a vehicle. The equinox was brand new when we got it. We maintain every oil change and maintenance that needs to be done with it we shouldn’t be having any issues. At this rate I will never own another Chevrolet. I have had more problems with this Chevrolet than I ever had with my Toyota’s new and used. I’m so upset with this vehicle I was sold. The amount of problems iv had with this vehicle is just ridiculous. More

He helped with getting my used truck surveyed for trade in, worked with management, and got me the deal I wanted.
