Simon Hernandiaz came out, greeted me and I told him which car I was interested in, a Genesis G90. I asked if I could test drive it and he got the plate, key and off we went. He was polite and while I probably knew more about the car than he did ( it's a model that few other than Genesis dealers have knowledge of) he was helpful. We went to his desk I made two offers and the second was accepted. The closing with the finance man was good and because I had purchased before I got a bumper to bumper extended warranty at an excellent price.
