Speechless and NOT in a good way I took my car in for an oil change and the advisor was great. The service cashier was too as well. If I wouldn’t have been standing at the cashiers desk when he can to get the information to find my car and walk out to wait by the door I wouldn’t have had a clue he brought it up. I’m standing there and watch him retrieve my car. He gunned it in reverse that I thought he was going to hit another car. He got out and walked into a office connected to the service drive. Not one word...that he pulled it up for me. Like I said, if I wouldn’t have been standing there I wouldn’t have known he found. I thought that was very nasty, tacky and rude. I will not be returning for that kind of customer service!! More
