Since day one. 4 attempts and 4 repairs performed at Moreheart Murphy. The truck is not fixed. On the 5th visit, I got into a disagreement with the service writer. It wasn't heated, just a difference of opinion. She offered to get the SM involved. I was relieved, after all the SW didn't cause the problem. And her job is to create a resolution. I thought the SM would want to help. When the SM came out (keep in mind, I'm on the 5th visit to fix the same problem. I have never seen, met or spoke to this SM) he promty told me to leave. No previous exchange. No words exchanged. He said "We are done with you!" That's it! That's our conversation. What a laughing stock. Somehow they made ME out to be the bproblem. They made ME the conflict instead of trying to fix the problem, which was and is the vibration in the truck. I have been working patiently with them for over three months. They kept my vehicle 4 days every time it goes in. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Oh, and don't get me started on the damage they caused doing recalls. In fairness, they did replaced the damaged parts. Yay them! I have been in a similar industry for 22 years and can say with conviction. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional, so cold, so incompetent in my life. Except for maybe once at a fast food restaurant...Needless to say, I must now go to another Dealer. As I write this, it seems like that may be the best thing that could have happened. Moreheart Murphy Ram is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. I am 50. I've lived in MA, FL, CA, NC and now CO. How bad is Moreheart Murphy Ram? That bad! I'm going to enjoy the scenic drive to another dealership here in CO. More

They will schedule morning (8-12) or afternoon (12-5) but cannot (or will not) try to narrow the time down to within an hour or two. This is pretty inconvenient when you live just outside their shuttle service and have to wait for service. Does anyone know of another dealership that will service Jeeps? More
Morehart Mugging Morehart Murphy Chevrolet ignored our stated needs by selling us a Tahoe that did not meet those needs. Here is the story. • We told the people at Morehart Murphy Chevrolet ignored our stated needs by selling us a Tahoe that did not meet those needs. Here is the story. • We told the people at Morehart Murphy that we needed a vehicle that would tow more than our current vehicle (Avalanche). • We told them that the Avalanche towed 6700 lbs. • We told them that according to Chevrolet.com the Tahoe on their lot would tow more than the Avalanche. The web site was and still is in error. • They did not tell us that this Tahoe would actually tow less than the Avalanche. • So, they knew it would tow less than the Avalanche and sold it to us anyway or they did not know it would tow less and sold it to us anyway. • Either way we were sold a Tahoe that did not meet our needs and yes they were well aware of those needs! • What if we had towed our trailer and had an accident caused by the overload? • We asked for a full refund on the Tahoe we bought. It had less than 800 miles on it. • They refused to give us a full refund. We lost over $5000. • We have purchased 5 new vehicles from them in the past 6 years. • THEY WILL BE THE LAST! • Don’t buy From Morehart Murphy Auto or you might be mugged too!!! More
Bad Dealer I thought it was a different dealership than what it really is, they sure had me fooled. I bought a brand new 2012 dodge 3500 dually short bed mega c I thought it was a different dealership than what it really is, they sure had me fooled. I bought a brand new 2012 dodge 3500 dually short bed mega cab Laramie. I paid around 65,000 for the truck when I was sold the truck I was told that there was a 36,000 bumper to bumper warrantee, so when paying this much for a truck with 6 miles on it , you would think the tires would last at least 30,000 highway miles but they don't at least one did not. for my first service with a dodge dealership I told them that it was pulling to the right a little, they said it was fine so the second service appt. I told them the same thing they said it was fine so on as it went with every service app. well it was not fine. I am being told that I am responsible for the lost tire because, people choose not to type the correct terms or what was said into there computer system. so these are my questions for you Mr. Morehart who is very rude & did not help at all. Why is it that when I pay that kind of money for a vehicle you are not willing to stand behind your warrantee? Why is that when I pay that kind of money for a truck you tell me that that does not matter to you ? well it matters to your customers & me. Why are you a business owner if your not willing to help your customers & why are you so rude ? Why does it not matter to you, that you have lost me & my entire family as customers when with what I have spent & my referells to your business , you have made over 250,000 in sales ? please think twice befor buying a car at morehart please consult other dealers that have a reputation for standing behind there warrentees More
I had purchased a Jeep from Morehart Murphy in 2009 and was very pleased with the dealership and the Jeep. When it came time to get into a new vehicle the staff at the dealership guided me through the bes was very pleased with the dealership and the Jeep. When it came time to get into a new vehicle the staff at the dealership guided me through the best options for me and found me a Chrysler that they had in stock. They showed me the advantages of leasing this vehicle vs. purchasing it and made it easy for me to make a decision. There was no pressure to choose a car or the type of financing that worked best for me. I will choose and recommend this dealership to everyone I know for both purchasing a new car and also for service. More
After looking for cars in Denver, was told the car we wanted was available in Durango. We drove back to Durango and found the local car had hail damage, was not the interior color requested, and was not wanted was available in Durango. We drove back to Durango and found the local car had hail damage, was not the interior color requested, and was not the package requested. The next day when I expressed my feelings about being deceived over the phone, I was told by the owner that he was not going there with me again. My husband has a relationship with the owner so we wanted to buy the car in Durango. I wish I would have had the brass to take my keys to my trade-in back and buy the new car in New Mexico. Now I hate the car that I have to make payment for the next 3 years on. We have had it 29 days and I have driven it 18 miles and was forced to drive those. The darker interior seats are like night and day for comfort compared to the light white seats. I hate being lied to by the salesman, and his father-in-law and will never be part of another purchse at their dealership. I will share this experience with anyone who asks. More
