My visit was for state inspection. My car passed inspection with no issues. It only has 51,000 miles on it. And I put less than 5000 miles on it in a year. I got the 8:am appointment so they would work on my car first thing. I was the first one in line at the drop off. After I drop off my car, I always take a little walk around the lot to see what is out there. I saw a car like mine out there and thought someone traded in a nice looking 2013 CRV. As I got closer, I was dismayed to find out it was my car. It sat there until at least 8:30am. My car passed inspection with no issues. The only other complaint I have is being bombarded with recommendations for expensive questionable maintenance. They said I needed spark plugs. These new iridium plugs last a lot longer than 51,000 miles. And a large list of other stuff that the manager didn’t even mention after I turned down spark plug replacement. I know these are just recommendations but a person with little knowledge of mechanics would probably say yes, and incur a large unnecessary expense. More

Scheduling to buy a vehicle is very difficult with this dealership, I emailed beginning in July asking to set up an appointment to buy my lease (I plan ahead), and also left phone messages and only receive dealership, I emailed beginning in July asking to set up an appointment to buy my lease (I plan ahead), and also left phone messages and only received a few emails back, and 1 phone call. The majority of my emails and calls were unreturned. I arrived at the dealership the day I told them I would be there and was disappointed when I was told I should have made an appointment. I was able to buy my car that day, but there must be a more efficient way to schedule. Thankfully the general sales manager did send me paperwork links to fill out ahead of time. But my overall experience was mediocre. Perhaps my expectations are too unrealistic. I don't buy cars often, so I can't speak to how hard a typical experience is for other people. More

I like that Honda gets you in and out when servicing your vehicle. I also like how they have more than 1 seating area.
