Price was at list price but buying an Accord Hybrid we couldn't do any better and We bought our car through their rep Eric Ragaller who was great. Sales excellent. Service not so much. As a new car, door edge guards needed installed. Body shop refused the work, a breach of contract. Admin should have stepped in. Service not so much. Totally unskilled for this type of work, very sloppy install job, disgusting. I repaired best I could. As bad a experience this was, I don't condemn on a single event.
