The salesman from this dealership were not straightforward. After calling in 4 different times in one day, leaving voicemails with 2 different salesman who were supposed to take my down paymen straightforward. The reason the calls weren’t returned was because the salesman I had been working with was dishonest and didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for in the first place. More

The Service Department at Moon Township Honda is the most efficient that I've used. When I bring my car in at the scheduled time, they begin working on it right away. As a result, when I wait for the car, I' efficient that I've used. When I bring my car in at the scheduled time, they begin working on it right away. As a result, when I wait for the car, I'm rarely waiting more than an hour or so. With other service departments, having an appointment is completely irrelevant as my other car will sit for an hour or more with no work being done. I really appreciate that Moon respects that I'm busy and actually adheres to the appointment schedule. On top of that, their rates are pretty reasonable, too. Highly recommended. More
