My first visit to the service center was a pleasant experience. I waited on my car as it was being inspected and having its oil changed. Only took an hour or so. The only person I will work with is Laura as no one else seems to care. The service manager has an attitude problem and was very disrespectful to my husband who is no idiot he is a Pennsylvania inspection and emissions certified mechanic and he treated him so badly my husband was going to trade the car in at another dealership just so he wouldn’t have to deal with him again.
