Rick and the service department can't be beat for quality work and great personalities! I came in for a routine oil change and inquired about an extended warranty on my vehicle. That is when I was introduced to Chris. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the literature I would need to make my decision. Eddie just happened to overhear my conversation and said that he may have a vehicle or two I would be interested in. He placed me in the capable hands of Joe Yagel. Sure enough, I was shown a vehicle just one year newer than mine with the added features of a navigation system, moon roof, and 80,000 LESS miles! Joe and Eddie worked together to make sure my payments were managable and Chris assisted with the financing portion of the deal. All requests of mine were granted - including a trip back to Rick in the service department where my 'new' car was given a fresh oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. Service beyond comparer will keep me coming back to Mike Murphy for years. This is the ONLY dealership you should go to! More
