The girls, Lucy Younce and Felicia Murphy, in the service department help desk went out of their way to calm me down and smoothly addressed my problem. I have never been so surprised to be treated that well seeings how I was just another motorist off the Interstate and not a "regular"! They corrected my problem so that we could continue our travels North without worry and threw in a "free" car wash and vacuum! I will make it a point to stop here each and every time we go by hopefully just to say hello but also knowing that if we experience any further problems they will be there to address them professionally! We pulled in and explained what had happened and in 2 seconds the nice lady at the desk grabbed one of the guys and he had our car assessed for damages and fixed! We looked at several dealerships and were not even offered a test drive and at one we had to wait ten minutes for a salesperson to even come see us..Driving up to Hodges, Anthony Fornara was outside waiting for us and gave us a golf cart ride to show us the models he had available on the lot. We had specified used but in good condition and that is what he showed us. One of them stood out and we knew we had found. there was no real pressure just friendly service, open discussion and help with purchase details. Needless to say we said yes and bought the car. As long as i need a car this will be my place to purchase it. More

Most friendly service I have ever experienced in 40 years. Today I experienced a damaged tire on I-95 gong south and pulled over at the first exit and stopped at Hodges Ford to see about repairing my tire. I went into the service area and was greeted by the service manager Lucy Y. I had my car looked at very quickly exceeding my expectations. My tire was not repairable and they did not have my tire on hand but did put the spare tire on the vehicle and provided me with several tire stores close by. The assistance provided by the service staff and Lucy the Service advisor was absolutely exceptional. During my short wait I walked the new car lot and was greeted by several people including the general manager. The entire staff made my short stop a pleasure. Tom More
