Service department are the worst I have seen Our truck did not start at the McDonald's across the parking lot from dealer. Called at 9 and spoke to manager, not very courtesy but said they were looking at it.no call from them until 2 that day. I specifically stated for them to only check the batteries and call but they took it upon themselves to say they performed a diagnostic on it and found bad batteries, PMC is bad and bad starter. I called my husband and he said get that truck towed. No way this is true, he has a performance chip in truck and no way they could have run a check and it be accurate. So I paid to have it towed and 2 batteries placed in it and it runs like a top. They were trying to stick us with thousands of dollars of worthless repair. This is awlful. Never, never use them. More

Then next step was to talk to Mr. Sadowski in the finance department on the price of the car and to deal with numbers, interest rates, and payments. This part I usually hate because of being nervous and the butterflies that come along with dealing with the beast, but this turned out to be the easiest sale I have ever done. The price the Manager Mr. Mukes gave me for my trade in and the price I was given for the car I wanted was just AWESOME....That statement you hear one the commercials, "More money for your car and more car for you money." was exactly what I got! Utilized their Service Department while travelling. Of course nothing ever goes wrong until you're 750Miles from home, and when it goes wrong it goes big. I stopped at the dealership to see if they could help me, and I'm very glad I did. Russell Stallard got my vehicle right back to diagnose the issue. (I explained that I was in from out of town, and in spite of a steady parade of vehicles through the waiting area, Russell got my vehicle right in to diagnose so the appropriate parts could be ordered. The parts were ordered thanks to Tammy Edwards and 3 days later the parts were in. My vehicle was repaired with only one "Hiccup." The plastic Bezel that surrounds the screen was cracked at some point during the repair. I told Russell of the damage, we made arrangements and I will have the part replaced at my Ford dealer when I get home and Mike Murphy Ford is going to take care of it. My experience at Mike Murphy was nothing short of great. Even the salesman were great. I wasnt there to buy however Im a vehicle junkie and was walking the lot while my vwhicle was in the service bay and I met Joe. I explained that I was just "killing time" while my vehicle was in service, and in spite of the fact I wasnt a "potential sale" for Joe, he spoke to me as if we were old friends.
