Donna was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. And I came out paying THOUSANDS under MSRP. She explained in great detail all the safety, technology, and LUXURY features of this truck. I LOVE this new truck...Honestly, I feel bad using it for work! I cant be the first new Lariat owner to call this a "Weekend Truck". It's such a comfortable car, and powerful, hauls 1/2 ton with ease. Havnt pulled a trailer yet, but with trailer brake control/adjustment and trailer monitoring software on my screen between the guages, I'm sure it'd be a lot less of a hassle than my old truck. Plus remote start from 50 feet away via my key, auto A/C and A/C'd seats makes sure it's cool inside on the hottest days. Couldn't ask for more. Once I told them my "must haves", they asked me to be patient (which is hard for me) and they would keep an eye out for me. Two weeks later, they called to let me know they found the SUV for me. Eddie assured me it was perfect. Since I spoke with him often (checking in from my lack of patience), I completely TRUSTED him. I went the next day to look at the SUV. He was right, it was perfect. I had mentioned my husband needing to upgrade his truck. He happened to have one there for him as well. Not only did I buy the perfect SUV for me, I also bought my husband a truck as well!! Service department are the worst I have seen Our truck did not start at the McDonald's across the parking lot from dealer. Called at 9 and spoke to manager, not very courtesy but said they were looking at it.no call from them until 2 that day. I specifically stated for them to only check the batteries and call but they took it upon themselves to say they performed a diagnostic on it and found bad batteries, PMC is bad and bad starter. I called my husband and he said get that truck towed. No way this is true, he has a performance chip in truck and no way they could have run a check and it be accurate. So I paid to have it towed and 2 batteries placed in it and it runs like a top. They were trying to stick us with thousands of dollars of worthless repair. This is awlful. Never, never use them. More
