From the time we test drove the car, to signing the paperwork, he took his time explaining all features of the car, always being patient. I had financing already lined up when we walked into the dealership to make the process quicker and smoother, but thanks to his suggestion, Adam (finance manager) was able to cut that rate in more than half with another bank. That is what a call more than perfect customer service. I will definitely be back to buy another car and make sure that Sandy is our salesperson again. More

After a few tense moments of staring at my loose change, Seth greeted me with a warm, albeit lingering handshake. I told him I was new to the car buying experience and he looked me deep in the eyes and said "You're gonna learn today!" We sat down at his desk and he asked me all the right questions. The only couple I found odd were. 'How much change was that in your pocket" and "where do you normally park at night." He was very personable through the whole experience (although his fly was down the whole time LOL!) I also met his boss Brandon. He reminded me of an older Ricky Martin but was very friendly as well. Would do business with again! More

What an amazing experiene I sensed when I made the turn into the beautiful W Side auto campus I was at home. I parked my car and walked into the busy showroom. I looked around and from across the showroom a salesman and i locked eyes. Seth Calig introduced himself and actually listened to my wants needs aND desires. I am SO very impressed with his kindness, patience and good looks. We found a car and went for a ride.The smell of stale cigarette smoke lingered in the air as we went on a demo drive down brookpark rd. Seth was jovial,informative, and super cute. I will never forget the "gifts" he gave to me on that rainy June evening. I met Phil and Billy after our "demo", and they seemed .....eh.....ok.....i guess We priced the car did the paperwork. Adam the finance guy was so slow but kinda nice. He seemed to be fairly anxious (probably because of all the empty redbulls by his desk) Seth did an amazing thorough delivery, in and out! Extremely subpar experience for a presumably high-end brand I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo from this dealer and the experience was not enjoyable, in fact it was frustrating to the point that I wish I ha I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo from this dealer and the experience was not enjoyable, in fact it was frustrating to the point that I wish I had walked away. I have to say that my sales person, Cindy Harley, was great. She is patient, kind, very friendly, and honest. But whenever it came time to talk about deal details, the sales manager Carlos Dague got involved and it went downhill rapidly. I've purchased a lot of cars and this was the first time I've been yelled at by an employee for daring to ask questions or to present detailed data on what I thought should be the fair price of the car. But wait, it got worse. Carlos gave me the hard sell on the Volvo certified warranty, stating very clearly that Volvo did not deal with 3rd party warranty programs. But when I went to sign the paperwork the finance manager tried very hard to sell me a 3rd party warranty. Carlos told me that Volvos were the best cars on the road, bar-none. But when I showed him a comparable V8 version of the same car that I could get down the road at Carmax for a guaranteed price, he went on about how the V8 had horrible transmission problems. Carlos showed me printouts of similar cars for sales in PA on Autotrader as proof of what the market price is, but I showed him similar cars on Carmax for much less money and he got very angry saying they aren't in Cleveland. And finally, after all was said and done, I had to sit through a 15 minute sales pitch for add-ons from the finance manager for things like tire warranty, paint protection, fabric protection and a service rewards program that I would actually have to pay for. And when I asked to skip it, she said she that she had to go through it "by law". I did not expect this from a Volvo dealer, and it has completely tainted my opinion of the brand. Here's the gist: I have driven mostly BMWs until now but wanted a Volvo for a family car. I expected an experience similar to BMW given the price point and reputation of Volvo, but I left utterly unimpressed and aggravated. I went though with the deal only because of my experience with Cindy and the fact that it is a decent car. So now I have a Volvo and I am happy with it. I just need to find someplace else to get it serviced. I won't be going back to Montrose. More

The salesperson, Sandy, was well-dressed, courteous, good sense of humor, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to what I needed and came up with a recommendation that I'm now happily driving, a 2015.5 Volvo V60 Cross Country. The manager, Carlos, is a no-nonsense, down-to-business kind of guy who gets things done, and Jessica, the finance person, is a miracle worker. All three of them worked together to develop and finalize my deal; I'm very happy with my experience at Montrose Volvo and would highly recommend this dealership. More
