Living in Erie, PA, my hopes were to find I've had my heart set on finding a Volvo C70 hardtop convertible for a while. I've searched NY, PA and OH. Living in Erie, PA, my hopes were to find my car locally. While searching the web, I found one located in Cleveland....it was time for a road trip. When I called to inquire about the car, I spoke with Sandy who was the consummate professional from the get-go. Once we got there, we were immediately greeted a friendly staff and introduced to Sandy. He and Carlos made the experience painless (and that's not easy to say about buying a car!!!).
