Shopping for my 1st car I'm 19 years old and decided to being looking for my first car. My mom and I went on a used car hunt, and were sadly unimpressed with most of what we I'm 19 years old and decided to being looking for my first car. So we decided to stop into Montrose Mazda on Brookpark Road to see if they had any used vehicles for me. We were approached by Kyle, and not only was he extremely friendly, he convinced me within a matter of about 40 minutes to seriously consider leasing rather than buying. 3 days later, we were back in to finalize a deal on a lease. Kyle was so helpful and made sure that I got everything I wanted in my first car. He made the process pretty stress free and easy. I have had my car for a week now and couldn't he happier with my decision. I would recommend Kyle to anyone, he made my experience the best it could be! More

Disohnest dealership full of disohnest people After $20k purchase of one of their certified vehicles I had to take it back 3 separate time to get it repaired with . After 3rd time they told me tha After $20k purchase of one of their certified vehicles I had to take it back 3 separate time to get it repaired with . After 3rd time they told me that they will not be fixing it any more and to basically take a hike.The vehicle has full year warranty that this place don't even honor. Do not buy vehicles from this bad dealership. They say its certified but frankly all they do is check fluids and put the car on a lot. Sales manager and service manager are both crooks. Stay away from this place. More
