Awful customer service. I just purchased a new CX-5 from Montrose Mazda, and the experience was awful. My wife and I had already test-driven the car a few weeks ago, and I just purchased a new CX-5 from Montrose Mazda, and the experience was awful. My wife and I had already test-driven the car a few weeks ago, and we made an appointment with our salesperson to come in and purchase the vehicle. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait an hour just to talk to the salesperson. When he finally got around to us, we found that he would only speak with us for a few minutes at a time. He would periodically interrupt the conversation to go take care of some 'urgent' matter that would take 5-10 minutes each time. In this way we wasted another 45 minutes talking about possible financing options, even though we told him we had our own financing and were really not interested in financing through the dealer. After being in the dealership for close to two hours, we finally got around to talking about the actual price of the car. This involved the usual nonsense with fake invoice prices, and several more 5-10 minute breaks for our salesperson to 'talk with the manager'. We ultimately agreed on a price, and then were told we'd have to wait on the financing department to complete the purchase. The salesperson said the financing person would be with us in an hour, which seemed ridiculous given how long we'd already been there. We ended up waiting 2 more hours for the financing person! During this time we were completely ignored, and our salesperson was nowhere to be found. At no point did anyone explain why we were waiting so long, or how much longer the wait would be. Finally, we completed the financing, and then waited another 20 minutes for the salesperson to show up and put the temporary tag on the car and give us the keys. I love my new car, but I am furious that I ended up giving my business to this awful dealership. I will not be setting foot in that place ever again. TL;DR - The customer service is awful. It took 4 1/2 hours to buy a car. Avoid Montose Mazda at all costs. More

I had a very poor experience over at Mazda of Bedford and expected the same here.... man was I wrong! They really put their prospective buyers first. I felt they had my best interests in mind and I have never felt that with the car buying experience before. Matt and Paul are really great at what they do and just great people in general. I will recommend all my friends and family buy her and I hope I never have to go anywhere else when buying a car. I love my Mazda CX5 too!! Thanks guys! More

None of the Pittsburgh and surrounding dealerships had the exact Volvo XC 90 options she wanted. I decided to shop out of state and found the exact car my wife wanted at Montrose. Carlos and Sandy were exceptional to deal with over email, phone, and finally in person when we picked up the car. My wife and I had an awesome experience dealing with Montrose Volvo, especially being from out of state. Very straightforward deal and the car was very clean...great service! Thanks!!! More

Best car buying experience EVER!!! This was absolutely hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had! (Most of the time it's worse than going to the dentist!) Even though the This was absolutely hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had! (Most of the time it's worse than going to the dentist!) Even though they were short manned, Carlos met us outside and quickly had us feeling like the most important people of the day! He introduced us to our new best friend and very knowledgeable, Gurmeet who quickly had us out test driving a new car. (You will love him!!) Both of these kind gentlemen didn't stop until they had the absolute perfect deal worked out for us! These guys are so efficient and thorough! We couldn't believe how easy, quick and fun they made purchasing a new car! Everyone we met was so hospitable and kind! If you're wanting to lease or purchase a new Volvo, this is THE place to go! You won't go away unhappy!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at Montrose Volvo of Cleveland...it was like visiting dear old friends! Great Car Buying Experience I had a great experience working with Sandy Lazarowicz to find the ideal pre-owned vehicle. I came into the dealership with my 4 year old daughter an I had a great experience working with Sandy Lazarowicz to find the ideal pre-owned vehicle. I came into the dealership with my 4 year old daughter and Sandy greeted us promptly and he connected with my daughter immediately. While car shopping typically isn't a pleasant experience trying to do so with a 4 year old is even more challenging, but Sandy kept my daughter engaged as we looked at different vehicles and he kept asking her opinion on different vehicle features. Ultimately, once I decided on the right vehicle the buying process went extraordinarily smooth. Working with Sandy, and later Carlos, on determining the value of my trade-in, the right amount for a down payment and the purchase price was pleasant, creative and helpful. All-in-all, I purchase an incredible Volvo XC 60 and am not only thrilled with my purchase but also with my experience working with Sandy and Carlos. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Volvo and making that purchase from Sandy and the rest of the Montrose Volvo team. More

We thought the sales manager, financing and every aspect of this dealership to be so much better and improved from a prior experience when the dealership was under different ownership. This is now a top notch dealership with a very competent staff that is working to make buying a car a fun, happy and easy experience. We were introduced to the service center as well and we were assured that if any time I need service they would be more then happy to pick my car up at my home for me in Medina.
