He has in-depth knowledge on the cars and did not put pressure on us when we made our own choices. He also worked hard with his manager to come up a good deal for us. Furthermore, after we signed our deal, he continued to help us understand all the functions of the new car and made the follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied. I had additional fees that I was not even aware of, this loan was originated from Huntington Bank, Mazda blames Huntington and Huntington Blaze Mazda on the fees so whose fees are they, don't ask Jessica's she has a severe lack of communication dealing with customers a bad attitude... Also I was not aware that my credit was ran from 3 different banks. And I never had insurance that day on that vehicle they told me they're calling my insurance company to add the vehicle and they never did.... This is the worst finance service I ever had.. Sales staff would not regularly discount an 'ordered' vehicle like they do with one on their lot. They were forcing MSRP pricing since I needed to order. It is not my fault that they ordered such a poor selection of vehicles from jaguar. Go somewhere else - this dealer is horrible! More
Mike went WAY out of his way to earn my business!!!!!!!!! I was shopping for a 2016 Mazda CX5 yesterday, and though I didn't end up buying it in Cleveland, Mike went over and above to try to earn my busine I was shopping for a 2016 Mazda CX5 yesterday, and though I didn't end up buying it in Cleveland, Mike went over and above to try to earn my business. I called 5 dealers in Cleveland, and 8 in Chicago looking for a red GT editon for my 71 year old father, who also happens to be a huge Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs fan . I told each dealer that I didn't mind paying a little more for the car if they could throw in a couple tickets to any one of the World Series games. Unreasonable request, I know. Of the 13 dealerships I called, Montrose Mazda in Clevland was the only one that actually came through! Mike and his management team not only found extra tickets from one of the ladies that worked there, they put together a deal on the exact car I wanted at a price that was only $600 more than what I paid for that same car here in Indy. Unfortunately, I was 5 hours away and the game was scheduled to start in 3 hours. Most of the other dealerships scoffed at the request, or had a condescending sales manager call back to try to talk me into buying a car from them and then my own tickets. Slick salesman crap doesn't work any more gentlemen. The team at Montrose Mazda went to work that afternoon, and dug deep to earn my business. Within 5 hours from my initial call, those guys had the car, a good price, and WORLD SERIES TICKETS for me. I would have loved to been able to say that I paid $31,000 for game 2 tickets, and also ended up driving home in a great new car. Thanks you guys!!!
