"NEW TO ME" LR4 Purchased a LR4 yesterday (one of the last ones) and had Jessica as my sales PERSON. Another wonderful experience at Montrose! It was time to finally trade in my old XC 90 for a new one. I hesitated for a few years because I loved my car so much, but knew I needed to upgrad It was time to finally trade in my old XC 90 for a new one. I hesitated for a few years because I loved my car so much, but knew I needed to upgrade. I started off interacting with Montrose via email. My sales person, Josh, responded promptly and answered all of my questions as we went back-and-forth over the course of a couple days. I knew right away that I wanted to work with him as he was very thorough in his replies, and offered me some great options for what I was seeking. When my husband and I visited the the dealership, he continued to explore options and field questions about the numerous inquiries we made about the new XC 90. There’s so much new technology on the car that I was a bit intimidated. Then Josh began explaining things to us and we quickly realized that it wasn’t as complicated as it seemed. Then we found out that Josh had a strong IT background! Perfect! We were in good hands! He made the learning experience a breeze, and explained everything very well. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Steve, the sales manager at Montrose. He was wonderful as well. The entire staff at Montros made us feel very comfortable being return customers, but new faces to many. And price wise, they were very fair to us. We’ll be back some day to buy another Volvo there, and request Josh. More
