Awful. Service department is worthless The condition of the vehicle at delivery was subpar. Dash was replaced but wrong color and they cracked the plastic over the instrument cluster and didn't tell me. The Velar has several safety issues that the service department cannot fix so far. The windows fog up and will not clear, when putting the car in park, it shuts off sometimes. The park assist only works if you put it in reverse first, navigation doesn't work regularly, you have to restart the vehicle several times. The phone and Sirius radio go out regularly. The app doesn't work. When playing music through Spotify, the screen flashes then goes black and turns to radio. The biggest issue is that the service department doesn't know how to fix it. The windows fogging up are a huge safety issues because I cannot see. They are making me wait 2 weeks before taking another crack at it. I called Land Rover and was advised the service department should have called and opened a case. They did not. I asked the service writer to have the GM or owner call and have not heard back. Once the sale is over, you are on your own. Should have gone to Land Rover in Solon. Spent nearly $80K for a vehicle that doesn't work properly, is pieced together and is dangerous. The Oncor specialist does not know all features so you have to figure out so many things on your own or call Land Rover for assistance. She said it is "normal that the computer screen will go blank and you have to wait 5 minutes and reboot. It is also normal that the front park assist sensors only work if you put the car in reverse first. Really? You DO NOT have a friend in Montrose! More

I called and made an appointment to see one car and ended up buying another thanks to my saleswoman. I thought I was interested in an Evoque until I saw the new Velar. It was stunning so modern simply a beauty. Jessica knew I was interested in an Evoque, she took her time and showed me the Evoque and everything it had to offer but once I laid eyes on the Velar the Evoque couldn’t compare. I’m a simple girl who likes nice things and the Velar was perfect. My experience from start to finish with Jessica was great. I look forward to working with her in the near future. More

A simple brochure would have cleared that up ( as to what's basic, premier etc). Are they no longer available? Had to do research on my own online. The "Agreed on price" was incorrect on final papers. $2000 higher. Had to have Brent and the manager use a calculator. It was $2000 higher than agreed upon price & another $2000 plus for upgraded warenty was kinda snuck in without info given. I asked if I could have info on warranty with my final papers to discuss it with my husband so I could make a decision. Not done either. all employees were friendly and professional. More

Quality, Reliability, Safety & Expertise at work After 12 years I finally decided to replace my minivan. Needless to say that a lot had changed when it comes to vehicles during the last decade. I tested more than 4 different makes (including Audi and Lexus) before settling for my Volvo XC90. My experience at Montrose was a very positive one. Josh was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He respected and understood my hesitation before making such an investment in a "make" that I had never experienced before. I paid a couple of visits to the dealership and tested the SVU more than once. Not once did I feel pressured to buy this vehicle. I felt that I was respected as a customer and all my questions were answered in a satisfactory manner whether I asked them in person or over the internet. Therefore, I am very pleased with my purchasing experience and I'm enjoying driving my new vehicle a lot. So far, it has delivered everything I was told it could do. More
