Personality as nice as the vehicles she sells!! WOW! That's the word that instantly came to mind when I was greeted at the Westside Auto Campus. The facility was state of the art and the vehicles we WOW! That's the word that instantly came to mind when I was greeted at the Westside Auto Campus. The facility was state of the art and the vehicles were absolutely stunning. I was helped by a magnificent sales person, Jennifer Bolyard. I was amazed by her knowledge of all the autos on hand. I consider myself a "car guy" and I'm not to proud to admit, she might have given me a run for my money. Not only that, but her personality and charisma shined through like the Firenze red on the jag she took me out for on a test drive. I would highly recommend her and the Westside Auto Group to ANYONE looking to get in to a new vehicle (new to them at least because I know Jennifer could get you outfitted in the perfect used vehicle as well). I cant wait to do future business. Do yourself a favor and check em out! More

Elliot is the only positive at that dealership I have had 3 BMW s, 2 Lexus, 2 Mercedes so I speak from experience. This is the worst dealership from appearance, no considerate close customer parking, no return calls from management, the sub par lady's room, new car at delivery was not detailed, carpet not vacuumed under seats, back hatch mat scratched , floor door LR plate scratched, weatherstripping hanging off bottom rear door, no wiper solution, finance person Brent, kept us waiting half hour after telling Eliot he'd be right over ( no apology, or personality) called service and the person who answered gave absurd answers to my questions ...when asked his capacity he said custodian he answers phones for them...ergo his ridiculous answers...but a nice guy. I had received several warnings about Montrose but couldn't believe it was that bad...it is! I assume the dealership owner will receive this and contact me...or be added to my list of disappointments. Btw Sue (tour of new car) very helpful. More
