If he couldn’t answer our questions, he made sure to find the answer for us. Gus was pleasant as well, and helped get another car from their other lot in minutes for us to test drive for comparison! There was no pressure to buy, and all questions were answered with a sense of honestly and sincerity. Once we decided on a car, they cleaned and prepared it professionally for me to drive off the lot. Because of the value we received, and a fair trade-in of my old car, we could afford an additional warranty. Worst car buying experience EVER! Customer Service was great! The car buying experience was the worst. I was showed only one vehicle and I advised of my family size. Should have taken my first mind and went elsewhere. Now I have a vehicle that my husband will not be able to ride in due to his disability. Thom Donelan sold me the vehicle that had been sitting on their lot the longest is my take on it. Although the financing company stated that they could cancel my contract, Thom nor did Gus Cherry budge to help with this matter. I will never go through this again, I know better next time. Never trust a car dealers word, do your homework first no matter your credit. Your income, job history and down payment is your credit overall. No regrets, long process I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, most recently a Volvo. We made a decision when prompted, however we didnt realize that the car buying decision took several hours and time waiting. I had time to run to the bank and get certified funds and still waited well over an hour the dealer ship closed at 6 and i didn't leave till after 7. All in all a total of 5 hours to put everything together. It felt like last time I purchased a car it took half the time. I was never offered a warranty and my sales guy ended up getting the papers to sign. Overall I got the car and the deal that I thought was fair. More
