Accomodating and no hassle prices! Had gone to dealership on Friday afternoon with intention on buying 2nd vehicle. No apoointment made and Matt greated us immediately. He worked quick to get the test driving started and we tested 5 or 6 and in the end didnt get any we test drove...while doing paperwork for 1 car we saw another and he stopped everything to make sure we got what we wanted. The prices were no hassle and got the best possible rate on financing. Matt was extremely accomodating and showed great character. Eliot returned my call early Monday morning and invited me to come see the car. Walked in to the dealership after work and sat down with Tom Gilkeson to discuss purchasing the car. We were able to make a deal and I took the car home the same night. Tom and Eliot were very friendly and responsive to all of my questions. The car needed to be detailed later in the week while I was at work so Eliot took the time to drive downtown in the morning and pick up my new car and drop off a loaner for me to use. He brought the car back in the afternoon, it looked great and had new floor mats. The whole process was a stress free transaction. More
