We live over an hour drive from the dealership so many of our questions were answered via email or phone. Emmett provided outstanding service in person and by mail or phone. I visited two Audi, one Volvo, one Infinity and two Toyota dealerships before going to the Volvo dealership. Those dealerships didn’t seem interested in finding me the vehicle I was looking for. Most of those sales people either did no follow-up or made just one follow-up with me. That was not the case with Emmett. I will recommend Emmett to others who are looking for a great car and want to be treated with respect and professionalism. More
