I had a fine buying experience, but a little over a month of driving the van had a major problem. The van had been running fine, but over the weekend the passenger side A-arm (not sure if that is technical of driving the van had a major problem. The van had been running fine, but over the weekend the passenger side A-arm (not sure if that is technical term) broke off while we were driving 70 MPH on an Indiana toll road with our 3 kids. Luckily there was no traffic and we were able to get to the side of the road. I'm not in the habit of looking under my vehicles, but I will be now. I am very surprised that this wasn't caught in the inspections and service of the vehicle. I haven't even had the car long enough for an oil change, but I'm sure anyone under the car would not have let it leave a bay without warning us of this danger. I sent an email with pictures of the damage to Bryan Freeman, but he did not bother to follow up. More
