Everything went as expected if not better than expected. I was able to drop off my wife’s cars early and was well received. I was pleasantly surprised to get a recommended service advice through text. Done quickly and efficiently, with a car wash.
Been with them for several years happy with my vehicle purchases, service was always good, gave input on whatever needed attention. Always available for questions.
I know that they are doing a good job.But I am a person on a fixted income and can not do all the things that kia recommend even with you payment plan so please tell your people not to push to hard to do them.
Everyone was great. During the pick up of my vehicle I ran into my salesman and was greeted with a hug
Nathan, the sales rep, was very helpful, insightful and patient while my wife and I took our time thoroughly testing features and tech in the vehicle we wanted. once we knew we wanted it for sure, the paperwork was ready very quickly. every person along the way to purchasing the car made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions.
The sales team is great. However after getting home with my new car I realized it was dusty and had grease stains on the middle console. I took it back to get it detailed again. They were too busy to do it that day. Then I scheduled an appointment. They rushed through it, got the oil stain and cup holder but still left dirt on my passenger door (I'm the only person who has been inside my car since I've gotten it) and the dust is still all over my windshield. I have a busy schedule so it's tough for me to make time to come up there. I also don't want to knit-pick. But I just feel like with a new new car, they could have done a better job detailing. Like I said, great great place. But not a great detailing team sadly.
