Horrible experience My husband and I were there to see a specific vehicle he saw online. Salesman told us we couldn't test drive it, cursed in my presence, wouldn't let u My husband and I were there to see a specific vehicle he saw online. Salesman told us we couldn't test drive it, cursed in my presence, wouldn't let us look around, told us to wait while he brought around a car 10k more than the one we came to look at, wouldn't tell us how much the car was (I looked on the website), bragged about committing fraud to defer student loans, kept looking to only me for approval even though the car would be for my husband, told me I have him a dirty look. The whole time we were both so uncomfortable. I've never been to a car lot where they won't tell you the price of a car..... Ridiculousness. I am flabbergasted by the unprofessional behavior. Went off with his bosses for 30 minutes only to take us out to see a fusion that was not what we wanted.... And wouldn't tell us the price. And even had the nerve to talk badly about MY car (a new Nissan). Guess where we ware going tomorrow? Back to Nissan. More

Our intent was to trade them both in on 2 new vehicles; a Soul for her and something for me. 4 test drives later, with Jonathan and Ben Harrison (Finance Manager) staying 2 and a half hours past closing, my wife and I drove home our new cars; a Soul for her and a Forte for me! Great people, the whole staff is great. No vultures at this dealership, just friendly folks trying to make car buying a joy and not a hassle!! More

2016 Sorrento - Olivia Kilbride , Excellent Experience We dealt with Olivia Kilbride and honestly weren't quite in the market for a new car. We bought our 2011 Chevy Malibu some years earlier. That initial process was so smooth, we knew when the time came that we'd go back. So glad we did. We kept getting information fliers for them wanting to buy back the Malibu in exchange for a newer car. Most times I feel that these are false leads. NO! Absolutely what was advertised, potential payments and all. This was another seamless experience with an awesome , capable, competent, intelligent and diplomatic young lady in Olivia Kilbride. I know that she will continue to excel in her sales. Absolutely no pressure, no gimmicks . It was, hey, drive the car. Do you like it? Do you want to buy it? Cool, let's do it!
