We had our eye on a very nice hybrid optima but after speaking with the first finance manager we were told there was no way we could afford the car we wanted. The very next day Bill went out of his way to bring in his general manager to re work the numbers for a result that would work for us both. After being treated so poorly at Toyota of Brunswick it was more than refreshing to see how customer service driven Bill Reichert of Montrose Kia really is. We could not be more pleased with Bill and our new car! We will be looking to purchase a second car from him in the future. More

Tom Donelan was EXCEPTIONAL ! I leased a new Kia Soul with the help of Tom Donelan. Even after the sale, Tom Donelan's respect and value placed on me continued. Explanation of leasing terms, along with a quick tour of the service department, demonstrated what a true professional he was. Bill Doraty of Medina was my first and absolutely last visit before I met Tom. Their approach at Doraty Kia was bullying, classless, pugnacious, arrogant, deceiving, rude, and stomach turning. They would sell their own mother if they could. They changed the terms and price more than 5 times during their bombastic, lying conversation with me. Other former customers indicated this to me before I visited their dealership. Now I know why! After Doraty's crude encounter, I contacted Kia Corporate in California to report their reprehensible demeanor with me. Kia Corporate apologized to me regarding the ordeal. They promised to address the manager and assistant managers who were responsible. Their manager and their management style at Doraty Kia is God awful. These people do not place any value upon the customer's needs or desires. This place is the prime example of the customer service nightmare. Rot gut is the true definition. Tom Donelan at Montrose Kia of Sheffield reversed the entire leasing experience. Go see Tom immediately. Tom truly is the sales professional, for anyone, who wants value placed on them!
