Horrific Experience I wentbto look at a used honda crv turned out that suv didnt work out. Then the salesman showed me some kias for lease telling me he could get me out I wentbto look at a used honda crv turned out that suv didnt work out. Then the salesman showed me some kias for lease telling me he could get me out of my negative equity. We turned around and made a deal. Fast forward about a year i try to see what i could do to get the lease gone. Low and behold i find out that i still owe 27000 on it and its only worth 18000. Soooooo what happened to my trade that only was 2000 negative how now a year later i am now 9k negative to get out of this lease. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP MAJOR SCAMMERS!!!! More

There has not been a single letter, email or phone call sent to me regarding any type of thank you by the salesman or manager for the purchase. All other dealerships that I have recently dealt with still correspond to me on fairly regular basis. The sales manager named Gus does not keep his promise of completing any of my requests. I called for the third time in a month to ask for a small tube of touch up paint,which both times he promised to mail to me. Finally my third call was directed to service manager Doug who as of today promised he would send to me. You would think after my initial purchase completed at 1:oo p.m , I was still sitting there at 6:00p.m waiting for the finance person to complete the transaction. The explanation was the other finance person called off sick,mind you this was a Saturday afternoon . You would think they had a backup.Well they did give us a stuffed hamster for my time and trouble. I strongly recommend not to do business with this dealership. Also do not expect to get your vehicle at the price quoted by salesman, bait and switch I believe its called. bait and switch. More
