(A nearby KIA dealership reset the check engine sensor, but did not further investigate even after giving the recent history as to why this situation was reoccurring.) I was recently informed by 2 friends that there was a Certified Award Winning Service Technician at Montrose Kia that could fix any problem. They were correct! The experience was so positive that it changed my mind from never buying a Kia again to considering a Kia the next time I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Buying a new vehicle is not always the most pleasant of experiences. But thanks to Olivia Kennady at Montrose Kia in Sheffield Village, OH I have a whole new outlook on car shopping/buying. On Friday,September 2, 2016 I stopped by the dealership to look at some of the new Kia Souls. As I walked through the lot I was greeted with a friendly "is anyone helping you?", to which I replied,"no".Then the young woman asked if I needed any help to which I replied in the affirmative. She showed me some of the models of which I was inquiring and was most helpful in answering my questions as to model differences, option packages and all the usual car stuff. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products and had great patience with me as I asked numerous questions. After a short test drive and a quick briefing on how to fill out the on line credit application I knew I would be returning on Saturday with my wife to make the final decision on color, trim package etc. We met her at the dealership on Saturday morning and Olivia helped make our decision easier by bringing our two favorites out front and parking them abreast. It was decision time.... we decided on the Caribbean Blue Soul+ with a great option package!
