This was our first time with Kia, my husband meet Michael first and was very impressed with his knowledge, kindness and willingness to answer all ques This was our first time with Kia, my husband meet Michael first and was very impressed with his knowledge, kindness and willingness to answer all questions and show him features about the Sorrento which we were looking for. Then the second time both of us were present as this new car was needed for me. I liked Michael right from the start. There was no pressure yet a huge willingness to talk with us about what we needed and were looking for and how the Kia Sorrento eventually matched our needs well. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the car on the test car drive and helped me immediately to feel comfortable driving the Sorrento. Lastly he was willing to find the car and color we wanted withing a day, which was very important to us as we needed to buy a car within the next couple of days and might have gone elsewhere. But, he found our car and that solidified the deal. Wealso were made to feel very welcome in the dealership and any future needs. Valerie and Jim More
