Love my new Kia! I never thought that I would purchase a Kia. They have come a long way from the buy 1 get 1 free days. As a previous Dodge owner, I was use to the qua I never thought that I would purchase a Kia. They have come a long way from the buy 1 get 1 free days. As a previous Dodge owner, I was use to the quality that America car manufacture's provided. But Kia has really up their game with the style, and great car features, that I just had to have it! It also help that I had a great salesman, Anothy Jones, who really new what he was talking about, and help convice me that this was the right car for me! I love my New 2018 Kia Sportage. I got that girl in a Pearl White, with Black chrome rims, and black interior. I'm calling her "Zebra"! More

The Best Ever I was online looking for a used car and found the car I liked and the plus it was priced lower than blue book value. Only to get there to find out my I was online looking for a used car and found the car I liked and the plus it was priced lower than blue book value. Only to get there to find out my credit was not where it needed to be. That's when Mike put on his thinking cap to find a deal that I would work with me and my price point. He found a deal that could work but after we sat down crunched some numbers, consulting with gentleman who works the numbers in the back( the Marine) I dont remember the name.. This deal turned out not to be the one.. I was walking out , not in good spirits, Mike stopped me to tell me that he will work on some numbers, call around to make this happen. In my head I was saying I heard this before. A couple of days passed I receive a call from a number that I did not recognize so I let voice mail answer. Reviewed the message and it was Mike with some better numbers but still not in my price point. He called several times to check up and present a better deal. I was unable to do the deal because the numbers was to high. In so many words I explained to Mike that I have to work on my credit and i would not be looking for a car. He said Raphael let me continue to work on this for you because you need a more reliable and safer car to transport your children. This was when my mindset changed from this is a salesman to this is a man that sees good in people and genuinely wants to help. Weeks went by with a call to check in to see where I was at and my intentions was. It was a Wednesday I get a text saying a have something that you may like....I blew it off and just ignored the text. Thursday morning I get another text I got this deal that could not be beat... I responded show me the numbers . he responded come in after you get off and we will work this. I'm kinda skeptical and plus its a 40 minute drive to the dealership. I went in the numbers was great but still away from my price point.. The whole kia team jumped keep in mind I didn't get there to 730 and they close at 9pm. They crunching numbers, making calls all the while Mike steady updating me on what us going on. Its 830 Mike walked up behind me chuckling saying I got you approved. I shook his hand and said thank you but I'm scared , this deal can't happen. This is where Mike went from salesman to human being that has feelings and compasion and we walked out side, talked no sales just 2 man. That is what made me agree to deal. Another example of great cistomer service when I sitting in the office with Dave the numbers was off and I was going to back out at the last minute. Dave started punching those keys feverishly and the payment that I agreed upon with Mike came down even lower. My experience with Mike and the Kia ream was unbelievable from start to finish. This took almost a month to complete. I have nothing but high praise to all that made this happened. I am proud owner of 2018 Kia Optima More
