Each purchase, a random unknown employee to myself, provided exceptional customer service, unmatched to say the least. Fun and light-hearted attitudes kept the experiences enjoyable (unlike the other companies I foolishly tried first). For me, there is no better customer service. Both times I went here, I drove off that day in a car that exceeded my expectations from great sales people who made the deal an absolute no-brainer. My latest experience was with Michael Mills. He presented himself with an upbeat attitude, was kind, compassionate and understanding, really listened to what I was looking for, he is a wonderful asset to this company. Unfortunately he was serving another customer when we arrived so he asked Brittany step in to help us expedite the process. She was extremely rude and does not deserve a job in any customer service realm. As we were ready to leave after a disappointing experience with her, Ryan Docherty stepped in to immediately resolve the situation and make things right. If it wasn’t for him, we would have driven all that distance and left without a vehicle. Ryan, Forest, and Dave Coventry were all phenomenal and really made our experience 100% better and worth the trip. Because of them, if we are ever in the market again I would definitely travel to their dealership. Thank you all for your caring and personal touch after a very difficult encounter with Brittany.
