I have used Montrose Kia to purchase my vehicles and all services. The service department was always so helpful and courteous. Since I purchased my newest vehicle a 2024 Kia Soul I have been very disappoi services. The service department was always so helpful and courteous. I was a platinum customer for 20 years, when I purchased my new vehicle the platinum status was taken away. I don't feel that's how you should treat your customers that do everything with your company. More
Went in for an oil change and the multi point inspection. They offer but told them what to look at. They charge me 320.00 dollars to tell me what was included in the multi point inspection. Kept me informed. Always pleasant. Joe explained what was going on with my car. Rachel worked with me & the warranty company to get my repair covered. And the service Always pleasant.
