The car wasn't clean, After calling and scheduling a time to look at a car two days in advance, I got there and waited fifteen minutes to be greeted. The car wasn't clean, had no gas, and after addressing some body and wheel damage I found, I was told "it's a 2013, come on" by the salesman. I don't know many people who wouldn't look for flaws when considering a $17k investment. The whole experience was just awkward and unwelcoming. I told the salesman I was going to grab some lunch and think about it and he said "oh hey, take the car to lunch", I responded "there's no gas, so I can't" and left. Found a better deal the same day elsewhere, they even washed it for me! More
Shady Sales Team I called at 9am this morning to make sure they had a car in inventory (2008 Jeep Patriot), which was listed on their website. I made an appointment fo I called at 9am this morning to make sure they had a car in inventory (2008 Jeep Patriot), which was listed on their website. I made an appointment for 12 noon to see it. I drove through the snowstorm to the dealership, which was scary in my Nissan Sentra, but I was very psyched about the Jeep. When I got there, the used car Sales Manager, Pete, told me the car was gone and that it had been sold the night before. When I said that I had spoken to someone this morning who had told me that the car was still on the lot, he just blamed "Kevin" or whoever I had spoken to on the phone this morning. He didn't offer to show me something comparable, didn't offer anything at all. Even if he was telling the truth (which I doubt), this shows that there are clear communication problems among the Sales Team. Is that really how you treat potential customers? More
1 Year an still satisfied I purchased my my 2014 Nissan Altima in 2015 from Montgomeryville Nissan. I went o=in with the intentions to browse in hopes of buying. The sales folk I purchased my my 2014 Nissan Altima in 2015 from Montgomeryville Nissan. I went o=in with the intentions to browse in hopes of buying. The sales folks were very helpful and did everything they could to get me a car that was in my price range. One thing that was concerning is that they had forgot to place my registration temp sticker on my back windshields. I called and requested for them to expedite it and that was never taken care of. Fortunately my registration sticker came within 2 weeks. Aside from that samll hiccup. I have gone back to this dealership for all mu services and have only had to come out of pocket for my emission inspection a month ago. The folks that helped me were very friendly that whenever I go back I stop in to say hello. The guys in service have been thorough in making sure my car is safe by rectify any recalls and always putting my car through the safety inspection. More
No break checking or recommendations during state inspecti The service is joke. I have state and emission inspection done 10 days back. After driving few hundred miles, all off a sudden metallic sound started The service is joke. I have state and emission inspection done 10 days back. After driving few hundred miles, all off a sudden metallic sound started coming and I stopped car on highway and then towed to near by Nissan dealership. They said rear break, drum and rotor needed to be changed because the break pad were worn out. I am sure during state inspection They have checked breaks and should have recommended low break pad replacement. Will never buy any Nissan products or recommend any one.. More
Imcompentent Dealership I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and unfortunately left keys on my trade in key ring and was told by my sales person that the keys would be sent I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and unfortunately left keys on my trade in key ring and was told by my sales person that the keys would be sent to me by mail after two weeks and conversation with salesman the keys never arrived and in a second episode I received my owners card to find out the information was incorrect after leaving messages to inform the dealership the info was incorrect I received no response from the dealership and I would guess that I would have to pay myself to have this information corrected so be careful if you are going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle after your signature is on the sales receipt no are a forgotten customer. So it is Customer Beware. More
Horrible experience I am a veteran and recently purchased a vehicle from Montgomeryville Nissan right after memorial day. It has been the worse experience I have had for I am a veteran and recently purchased a vehicle from Montgomeryville Nissan right after memorial day. It has been the worse experience I have had for any purchase I have ever made. The communication was horrible, I was told that the report on carfax was not significant, only to find out the value difference it placed on the car. I was given a loaner car with error lights showing on it, for the dealership to fix certain problems that I had addressed. I was told this would take 2 days to fix, and only received updates after my calls days later. I did not receive the car back for a week and my taillight had been cracked. Only If the time and patience was placed on customers to continue the promises made as much as to get the sale perhaps my review would be different. I would not suggest anyone purchase a car from this dealership. More
Love my car I'm enjoying my new car so much I'm just getting around to writing this review. I bought a 2013 Altima 3.5 sv in December and I love it. My salesman I'm enjoying my new car so much I'm just getting around to writing this review. I bought a 2013 Altima 3.5 sv in December and I love it. My salesman was Terry. He was great. He made my car buying experience easy and painless. My intention was to just look at the Altima but ended up buying it the same night. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. The sales manager Drew even stopped to ask how everything was going. Thanks Terry and Montgomeryville Nissan. More
2014 Nissan Rogue from "Montgomeryville Nissan" As for Montgomeryville Nissan: I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue, I was looking for something a little more fuel efficient than my Xterra. So, I As for Montgomeryville Nissan: I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue, I was looking for something a little more fuel efficient than my Xterra. So, I got in contact with the guys over at Montgomeryville Nissan. From the minute I walked in the door these guys where super informative and helpful. They knew all the specs and options on the vehicle I was looking for... They spent about a week making sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. The reason I rate these guys 5 stars out of 5, is because they treated me like family. I'm an Engineer by trade, so I'm kind of a tough customer. I see the details in everything. They were patient and very knowledgeable about the products. From the body shop to the sales department, they went out of their way to make sure I walked out of there with exactly what I wanted. Those are the things that customers never forget. I highly recommend these guys!!! As for the Rogue: I give it 4.5 stars out of 5. My only (2) complaints are that Nissan used the same old 2.5 liter inline 4 cylinder engine from the last generation Rogue and we should've had more transmission options. The only option is the CVT. (Nissan has one of the best CVT's on the market, I.M.O.) Other that, the Rogue would get a 5 out of 5. Well done Nissan. The 360 degree cameras and bose audio system are great features. The car has descent acceleration because of the transmission. The car has GREAT gas mileage because of the transmission. The interior is "Infinity" like. The exterior is "Maxima" like. This vehicle also has a power lift gate and a ton of safety features, too many to list. The suspension handles really well and steering is average. The car has plenty of cargo space. The engine drones a little during hard acceleration, but that's typical of the CVT setup. I also have a twin turbo 350z, so I really don't need another sports car. The 2.5 liter inline four with the CVT is more than enough power for the average person. So, for me the Rogue is perfect. I recommend you atleast test drive this car. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. More
Beware of Montgomeryville Nissan Beware, buying anything from Montgomeryville Nissan. I am writing this email with extreme disappointment with Montgomeryville Nissan. I have been de Beware, buying anything from Montgomeryville Nissan. I am writing this email with extreme disappointment with Montgomeryville Nissan. I have been debating if I should write this email but it's only fair that everyone know what recently happened with a used car that i bought my 17 year old son from Montgomeryville Nissan about 14 months ago. I bought a 2001 Nissan Max GLE - VIN JN1CA31D91T838902 with 125k miles on it. I bought the car knowing I would have to replace some original parts. Nissan Montgomeryville explained that they thoroughly inspect the car and only resell good and SAFE cars. Key word here is safe. They even placed a new inspection sticker on the car. As expected, I did have to fix some things; however, I didn’t expect the car to put my son’s life in jeopardy. While my son was driving the car, the car all of the sudden pulled hard to the right. So hard, that if there was a car in the lane to his right or even on the shoulder to the right, he and someone else could have ended up DEAD. The frame (cross member) split on the right side causing the car to pull hard to the right. My mechanic said that he has never saw anything like this and was couldn’t believe that Montgomeryville Nissan would have sold a car like this. It was clear that the car was dangerous and completely unsafe. Nissan Montgomery assured me the car was inspected for safety and that Nissan Montgomery does not sell cars that are not safe. They showed me the car fax and it was maintained by Montgomeryville Nissan since it had 18K miles on it. I trusted the CAR FAX report and most certainly Nissan Montgomery to sell me a safe car. Dummy me. I emailed the service department and sales and waited a month for some type of a response and received nothing. After speaking with people about my experience they shared with me that Montgomeryville Nissan has been known to do things like this and use other tactics just to make money. More
