Montgomeryville Nissan cancels service appointments the day before they are scheduled because they don't have the staff to work on EVs. I waited over a month for a Saturday appointment and got a call on F day before they are scheduled because they don't have the staff to work on EVs. I waited over a month for a Saturday appointment and got a call on Friday with no resolution or additional assistance finding another dealership that could help. Additionally, when I brought my Kicks in for a recall on a software update, they bricked my car for 2 weeks before they figured out a resolution. I would avoid this location as they were unable to even transfer me to a manager about the situation. More
