I was looking for a good pre-owned vehicle for my Daughter I went to Montgomeryville Nissan I was never there before so I really didn't know what to expect my Salesman was OK we picked out a vehicle and test drove it and everything was going smooth I told them I would think about it and I would have to bring my Daughter up to see the car and drive it that's when the Used car manager Pete Hennessey got involved and things went down hill fast trying to confuse me with different pricing on the vehicle saying there was a mistake in the pricing and the vehicle was more than the posted price and a few other scams to get more money out of me I finally got out of there I went to another Nissan dealer where I was treated with honesty and respect and I explained what happened at Montgomeryville Nissan and I find out that one of the Guys worked with the Used Car manager at another dealership where he was involved in Finance and he was fired for playing fast and loose with contracts and things . so stay away from this dealership More

Wonderful and Stress-free This was my first time looking at cars for myself, and I was very nervous. I was greeted by John who stayed with me throughout the whole process. From beginning to the end, I felt welcomed and was not pressured a single time to purchase or make a decision on the spot. John asked me what features were important to me and asked what models I was interested in. I had done some research on my own, but John was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had about the different models and offer his advice. John explained the differences and benefits between leasing and purchasing, but let me make my own decision without pressure. At the end of the evening, I had totally fallen in love with my new 2018 Blue Nissan Rogue and was extremely happy with the professionalism displayed throughout the day by all employees. John is an honest and patient salesman, thank you for everything!! More

I write reviews on all my purchases - and trust reviews myself. So if you are shopping for a car - READ THIS REVIEW because buying a car is a HUGE purchase for most of us. Start at Montgomeryville Nissan! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Before yesterday, I didn't know these guys. Heck, I drove all the way from Central Jersey looking for the best deal. The team I dealt with get it. Sure, they're looking to make a sale but these guys made the whole process different - IN A VERY GOOD WAY. There was no pressure to do a credit check the minute you walk thru the door, there was no pressure to sell me something more expensive, there was no pressure to close the deal, there was no pressure to add hidden fees or extras. The process was simple and straightforward - AS IT SHOULD BE. Mike S. showed me the car. Pete (who heads the used car sales) knows a lot about cars - and a lot of banks to get you the best interest rate. And John (who does the finance part of the deal), well let's just say I came home and referred to him as Honest John. We, as customers, have kids to put thru college and retirement to save for and elderly parents and medical bills ourselves. In addition to being fair and honest, these guys were kind and patient. I left knowing that they gave me a GREAT deal - and that's what's gonna get me to go back to them again! I am a mom of three, with a husband and full-time job. With 175,000 miles on my minivan, it was time for a new car - and it became my job to find one because the rest of the family was "conveniently busy." After an online search, I drove from Central NJ to PA for what seemed like the best deal on an almost new Jeep - it was well worth the drive! I met with Mike S who showed me the Jeep. He was ever so patient as I asked to be left alone to take pictures and get input by phone from my oldest son (an engineer and Jeep fanatic) and my husband (who wanted to have his say in the cost). There was NO pressure to do a credit check and NO pressure to force the sale. After being offered much more than I thought for my minivan as a trade (Thanks, Pete!), I was ready. (In addition to being worried about getting a fair deal, I'm sure the moms out there can relate to my also being emotionally attached to that van, which my kids and their friends grew up in.) When it came time to sign off, I met with John. I was skeptical - and kept waiting for it ... but there were NO hidden fees. There was NO pressure for extras. The numbers were straight-forward. The process was simple. After I was finished, I was relieved - and my daughter is EXTREMELY happy with her new Jeep. I promise that I will start (and end) my next search at Montgomeryville Nissan!
