A disaster waiting to happen. This inspection was almost $200 and the cancellation and restocking fee were $750 together, sucks being down almost $1000 to basically test drive a car. The salesman never mentioned this vehicle was from the east coast area as well as not printing the full carfax until the deal was finished. My first experience left a poor impression. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from here . Be careful on what you sign make sure you pay for the 2 day return policy. The sales man josh stated is was warranty ? 250 cancelation 500 restocking fee . I called Omar stated the signs are all over the building and the contract can be tricky but yet I never received a tour of the building . Do I snoop around while signing my paper work or have good faith in the sales team . Hope they call me back for that tour . After reading all the reviews . I say stay away from this place . Oh and the cluster gas light front right passenger light don’t work either . 1 signature is going to cost me 25k because Omar ultimately makes the final decision if he chooses to take the car back or not .. The state of California will favor the dealer over you due to that contract . More

Please steer clear of this location. This business practices extremely shady tactics. To start , I purchased a vehicle in November of 2020. I brought the car back maybe 9 days later due to a strange n practices extremely shady tactics. To start , I purchased a vehicle in November of 2020. I brought the car back maybe 9 days later due to a strange noise and they claimed that it would be fixed. I picked up the car on 12/16 2020 and was told that it was fixed. I looked over the invoice when I got home and the manager Vynz authorized a modification. On my car. I went to Kia a few months later to have them repair and they informed me that the car was no longer in warranty due to the modification. I reached out to Vynz at the bed of April after my trip to Kia and he stated that they would order the part and get the car fixed. I called in on 5/28 and was informed that Vynz was fired and there is no record of a part being ordered for my car. After that I began working with Luis, the sales manager. I had my car towed on 6/1/2021 and Luis said he would order the part and get this taken care of. My car has been with the dealership getting repaired and I have had no response back from them. I called in to find out what is going on with the repair and I find out that as of 7/1/2021 Luis no longer works there. This dealership has an F rating on BBB. And they lie about warranty status and repairs. You may find a good deal on this lot. But that comes with the headache of poor business practices and shady salesman and managers. More

Waited an hour to be helped by a salesman when everyone was sitting around. Angel finally helped (not really) us & he was completely rude.
