I have tried numerous times to resolve this. I traded my car in on 5/29/2023. you sold that car and it was ticketed on 9/25/23. I have requested to speak to the manager several times and they have refused to speak to me it is always a sales rep going back and forth. I have asked for the phone number for the VP and CEO. no one will give me there numbers. at this point I am forced the seek legal counsel. I received notice that the Pomona police dept. is going to attach a lien on my taxes. Please can someone help to fix this. I sent all the info over to Anthony on Jan.9th still receiving the delinquent notice again. Thank you for your time. More
They are horrible, lies after lies, they won't honor signed contract to fix rear bumper. They charged me registration after I explained I'm a disabled veteran. I was looking for a car for my daughter and found a good option at Montclair Auto Exchange. My husband and I drove there, looked at the car and proceeded to purchase it. We had made substantial price comp option at Montclair Auto Exchange. My husband and I drove there, looked at the car and proceeded to purchase it. We had made substantial price comparisons for the year, mileage and condition of the vehicle and felt that the price was fair. We did not haggle or offer a lower price. We had every expectation in this market to pay the offered price. We worked with Oscar, who was lovely. We had bank financing available, which they were able to beat so that was very nice. My complaint comes when we received the retail sales contract that included a fee for $801 for Express Theft. When we questioned it we were told that it’s a theft program that is pre-installed on every car and not optional. When we insisted on more information, we found that they place a single invisible label on the car that will leave an impression that can be read with an ultraviolet light. If the car is ever stolen the car can be traced back to the owner. I don’t want the system. That’s why I have insurance. This is so completely additional dealer profit. It’s insulting. Just ask for a reasonable and fair price and sell cars. I would have paid another $800 for the car (probably), but to be suckered after spending hours at the dealership looking at cars is just awful. We did eventually get a small discount on this ridiculous system but I’m still mad. Yes, I could have walked away, and should have. If you’re reading this, make sure you’re willing to pay the stated price plus $801 for the car you want. To make things even better, a few days after we bought the car we started getting emails from their “Customer Happiness Team” asking us to write a review and saying that if our experience has been less than perfect please give us a call for us to resolve this immediately. So I called. I explained that I only got the front pages of my paperwork and asked for the back pages. I also reiterated how angry I was about the completely bogus charge for Express Theft and asked for a refund. That was on 4/30. I haven’t heard back. I called Oscar a few days later and he did send me the back pages of the paperwork. He's a gem. I kept waiting and on 5/12 got another email from the Customer Happiness Team asking for a review so here it is. More

Long story short worst place ever to buy anything sold me a truck looked good at first but the speakers messed up after a week come to find out the gas gauge wasn't working would show me the incorrect miles a truck looked good at first but the speakers messed up after a week come to find out the gas gauge wasn't working would show me the incorrect miles of gas I had left,also come to find out the key fob wasn't the correct one the truck also had a smell to it that I could never figure out where it came from lastly this morning the truck left me stranded and after switching the battery for a new one didn't do the job I'm sick of how these people take advantage of hard working people trying to purchase a car to make a living ,they need to get shut down asap!!!!!please please don't purchase anything from here!!!!! I bought my 2015 Ford Fusion 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car. Approved and as a courtesy the manager Kenny let me leave it for servicing.
