I bought my Jeep at this dealer because they had the one I wanted on the floor. I wasn't too concerned about the service dept., which looked kind of small. Took my Jeep in on Thursday. They told me 24 to 48 just to diagnose issue. I called on Friday. He told me Monday, then I called on Monday, said it would be Tuesday. When he final They told me 24 to 48 just to diagnose issue. I called on Friday. He told me Monday, then I called on Monday, said it would be Tuesday. When he finally called me back on Monday afternoon, he said it will be done Monday, but he would call me. When he called me at 5:20 and told me it would be ready at 6:00pm. They close at 6! Finally got it Tuesday morning! Took too long!! More

Our Car was there for a leak and we were not updated on when the part would be in or when our car was expected to be ready. We ended up getting our car back a week later and the next day I drove it to work when the part would be in or when our car was expected to be ready. We ended up getting our car back a week later and the next day I drove it to work and the battery died. Took it back and got it back the next day saying it was the batter and they replaced it but the next night I walked out to my car completely dead again. Hoping our car will be fixed. More
