Had a great experience at Sierra CDJR. Came in late night to grab a grand Cherokee for my business even though they had already closed Luis Bravo was willing to stay late and get everythin Came in late night to grab a grand Cherokee for my business even though they had already closed Luis Bravo was willing to stay late and get everything going for me. Some of the other sales people assisted with bringing the car out of the showroom floor. This is the first vehicle we have ever purchased out of a showroom and it feels good. I definitely recommend this dealership. The sales manager and finance manager were great to work with nobody made it seem like they were closed, but it was already 11 PM. More

Guillermo Hernandez was our first contact via chat and text. He was very persuasive in getting us to come to the dealership that day. Jake Quattro was our sales associate, and he was fantastic. My wife and I came in just to get pricing on Chrysler Pacificas (both gas and hybrid). I initially wanted to wait until after the presidential election to make a purchase, but Jake was very knowledgeable about our options on both vehicles and made us feel very comfortable. He listened very closely to what we were looking for and why. He was very accommodating and took great care of us. Because of all of the above we felt we were getting the best deal that would suit our needs. Ed T. In finance was also very helpful.
