I cannot say enough about Monrovia Jeep! I bought my car here and they were the absolute best! After exhausting my efforts going to every dealership in LA County, Art went above and beyond t I bought my car here and they were the absolute best! During the time that it was in the dealership for a recall, I got evacuated from the fires and did not even know if my house had survived. Upon hearing this, Javier made sure my car got fixed right away so I could relocate to my cabin in the San Bernadino Mountains. I am also incredibly grateful that they made sure I had a rental car to get me around town while my car was being worked on. It was that extra care that allowed me to have a car to load up with belongings as I was quickly evacuated. Now, none of us knew all of this was going to happen, but it just goes to show how their small gestures of customer care made a world of difference. Thank you, Monrovia Jeep!! More

This is the absolute worst service we have ever gotten. Not only is a Jeep the worst car we have ever purchased (it's had 2 major issues since we bought it...one being the transmission) but the service at Not only is a Jeep the worst car we have ever purchased (it's had 2 major issues since we bought it...one being the transmission) but the service at this Jeep dealer is awful. When we took it in for the transmission issue, it took them 2 months to fix it. They claimed they would give us a rental but that never happened. We were given the run around about everything and we even had to call the manufacturer ourselves because apparently, they couldn't do it themselves. We had to file a claim and even then the issues weren't handled. I've honestly never had this bad of service anywhere. Our other car is a Ford and it's got nearly 200,00 miles and it's been great. Do yourself a favor and buy any other car than a Jeep. More
