I highly recommend Vic & Tex, who went WAY out of their way to find exactly what we were looking for. I was very comfortable dealing with them. We leased a 2011 Patriot Latitude X, and also bought a their way to find exactly what we were looking for. I was very comfortable dealing with them. Made me buy parts I did not need. They were to ARROGANT to listen to me. It was bad U-Joints, they missed it replacing the rear pinion seal! They blamed tires and Control arms I had to buy! 2007 PT Cruiser....There was a dent in drivers side quarter panel, as a part of the sale it was to be repaired....But now they say the repair would be too expensive so we are SOL...they are not honorin quarter panel, as a part of the sale it was to be repaired....But now they say the repair would be too expensive so we are SOL...they are not honoring the promise to repair the dent....I guess they fit the stereo type of the used car sales person.....Liars..... I was very displeased with the customer service of the cashier who was too busy with other things while I was standing at the counter. The work on my vehicle, was decent and the service manager did not an cashier who was too busy with other things while I was standing at the counter. The work on my vehicle, was decent and the service manager did not answer my questions, I also saw them washing an employees car and when asked why I could not get mine washed they told me I was not important enough. I would have been ok with everything that has happened, but when I got to the cashier's station, she made me wait while she called someone in service to ask about another customer, then she inputed someone elses forms while I stood there. All I wanted to do was pay and be on my way. She was not very friendly and I rolled her eyes when the phone rang and made me feel very uncomfortable being in her presence. More

Jeff is a young, hungry and very competent fellow who made our negotiations as comfortable as possible. After I had decided on a 2002 Honda Civic which the dealership had just gotten in on a trade, we began negotiations on the price. Jeff was instructed to bring in Sam to handle the final price negotiations, but ended up blowing the deal. The intervention of the GM, Vic Olive, not only saved the deal, but made me very satisfied with it. I highly recommend Jeff if you are going to buy new or used in the Monroeville area. Oh, and the service team is top notch too! More

I would like to express my reasons for giving a very high rating to the New Monroeville Chrysler-Jeep dealership. I was totally satisfied with my recent leasing experience of a 2008 Chrysler 300 Limited and rating to the New Monroeville Chrysler-Jeep dealership. I was totally satisfied with my recent leasing experience of a 2008 Chrysler 300 Limited and here's why.....From the first look at the new models and test driving them with their salesman, Jeff Mountain, to the process of establishing a fair monthly payment along with the general manager, Victor Olive, to dealing with Bill Sorochman in the service department when having a chosen accessory installed on my new car, the entire process was so relaxed and pleasant! The knowledgeable and friendly staff makes the apprehensive decision to buy or lease a car painless and worry-free. They made me feel right at home and I was treated as though part of the family! I especially felt well at ease with Jeff Mountain, the salesman. He has embraced this business and has been able to establish himself well! He is well informed and knowledgeable about the car models he presents and if he didn’t happen to know the answers to my questions, he FOUND OUT the answers! Jeff has a special intuitive quality which helps him to guide the purchaser toward the best choice for them, not a “forceful” approach which has been a stereotypical misconception of car salespeople. He continually strives to make sure that his customers’ leasing/buying experience is smooth and pleasant, always being sure to accommodate whatever is desired. He kept assuring me that we would ultimately find the car best suited for me, at the very best price and he would not rest until we found success! Well, let me tell you – we DID! I am very happy with my choice and all of its standard features and the additional features which were equipped on this particular vehicle were exactly what I wanted. In addition, I hadn’t considered the color of “Sandstone” at first but Jeff again walked me through the available choices and his suggestion proved to be what I liked the most! I have been with Chrysler for 6-years this is my 3rd car, and the reason being iis that I was hit to the rear...My insurance reps deemed my car a totaled deal. I searched every where at first not going to home base which is Monroeville Chrysler-Jeep LLC, so when every dealer told me that they could do nothing for me (My credit was messed-up!)I decided to start taking the transit system. By this time it was well into one month without a car, and I need a vehicle for work it is neccessary. When the agency found out I had one month to get a car. Out of the blue Tuesday, June 17, 2008 Jeff mountain called me at work...We played phone tag until I finally settled down and spoke to this youngman. I explained my situation to Jeff, and he asked me, "Why didn't you come to us in the first place?" I told him about my bad experience when the rear bumper detached itself from my 2005 Sebring while driving to pick up my daughter from college...My car had never been hit at that time, and I brought it in to see what could be done the service area give me the run around (I had it folded up in my trunk) all they had to do was attach it back...Called Chrysler Manufactor they could do nothing either. Made the appointment with Jeff, Al, & Peggy Thursday, June 19 2008 I drove my car to work ; ) Al, the sales manager told me not do that again, come and talk to them, and Jeff said we'll try to make it happen and they did all of 8 hours!
