I have bought my last 4 vehicles at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep,and get all of my service done here for everyone single one of them. Jeff Mountain was a joy to work with. We didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Once we had completed the transaction on our new vehicle, he took the time to go over the vehicle with us and explain how each option functioned and how to set things up. He also made sure our car was washed and detailed. The overall experience was great and we would definitely recommend working with Jeff to our friends and family who need to purchase a new car. More
I was referred to Jeff Mountain at the Monroeville Jeep dealership by two co-workers, one who knew Jeff personally and one who bought a car from him in the past. I'm so glad I went out! I was about 2 wee dealership by two co-workers, one who knew Jeff personally and one who bought a car from him in the past. I'm so glad I went out! I was about 2 weeks into my search for a Jeep Patriot and saw that Monroeville had a few on their lot. When I got there, Jeff showed me a beautiful Patriot fully loaded with features. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was willing and able to answer any questions I had. Just as I thought, the price tag was a little high for me, but I drove it anyways. Afterwards, I made it clear to Jeff that if he could make the car work with my budget, I would leave with it that night...and I drove it home! The sales process with Jeff was very relaxed. I never felt the least bit of pressure or anxiety about the purchase. Jeff was able to get the price to a comfortable spot for me and I could not pass on such a beautiful car! I would recommend the Monroeville dealership, specifically Jeff Mountain, to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. You will not find better service anywhere! More
I was misled into purchasing a vehicle. I needed additional features installed into a new car (blue tooth, trailer hitch and more). They said it would be done on the day of purchase then delayed th additional features installed into a new car (blue tooth, trailer hitch and more). They said it would be done on the day of purchase then delayed the process to 3 days after signing papers. 3+ weeks laterand two trips to the service department I still do not have my features installed. Very nice people and very misleading. More
I would highly recommend this Dealership. They are very efficient and friendly, and always professional. I did have to take the Jeep in for a service visit for a minor repair, and the Service Department was very easy to work with. They also gave me a rental car at no charge for a day while they had my new Compass. This was the only dealership that we went to for the new Jeep, and after our visit, we knew that we did not have to go anywhere else!! Sandy Golomb More
The lease is up on our 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since the dealership where it was purchased was closed as part of Chrysler's reorganizing, we were told by Chrysler Financial that we should return it to M the dealership where it was purchased was closed as part of Chrysler's reorganizing, we were told by Chrysler Financial that we should return it to Monroeville Jeep. From first contact with the dealership, it was made plain that they did not want to accept the vehicle. They made us wait for over an hour for the only person in the place who could handle a lease termination. When he finally was available, he made no attempt to help us. He reiterated that we had not bought our vehicle there and he was going to wait on customers who were purchasing vehicles. This sentiment was echoed by another man (who approached us and made no offer of introduction). All in all we were treated rudely and with disrespect by all except for one salesman who spent some time trying to keep us happy during our hour long wait. We have purchased or leased 4 Jeep vehicles and still have a Compass. We won't ever take it out there for maintenance or repairs. Will not ever step foot on their lot again. Not exactly the treatment I expected as a loyal Jeep customer. Apparently, Monroeville Jeep has all the customers they need if they feel it's okay to treat someone who walks into their showroom in that manner. Although, they have so many cars on their lot that they just couldn't accomodate taking our vehicle. Go figure. More
My daughter started driving and my present vehicle, a Chrysler 300 was to big for her. I neede to scale down, but did not think I had enough equity in the car to make a good deal. The Sales and Management folks at this dealership are terrific. They do whatever they can to assist me or my family when we are there. Their service department can be slow so the dealer provides transp terrific. They do whatever they can to assist me or my family when we are there. Three new Jeep Liberties and a used Nissan 350Z for me. Simply stated, I will not go anywhere else to buy a Jeep. Period. More
