Many thanks to Morris and Ryan at Monroe Nissan’s Service Department!!! I have had a horrific time with getting an alignment on my ‘19 Nismo Z. I’ve been to two other Nissan dealerships with zero success Department!!! I have had a horrific time with getting an alignment on my ‘19 Nismo Z. I’ve been to two other Nissan dealerships with zero success. I didn’t want to go out side of Nissan because the techs should know exactly what needs to be done to get a Nissan Z alignment in specs. I am aware that the Z and GT-R are tricker to get straight BUT I knew I’d finally find that one Master Service Tech that could do it. Thankfully, I called and spoke to Morris and told him what I was up against and what I’ve already dealt with. Morris, without hesitation, had enough confidence in Ryan to set me up with a time to come in to have Ryan take a look at things to see what he could do with such a tricky car to align. With that said, Ryan, with his wicked knowledge and talent was able to get my Z safely drivable and straight again!! I feel so relieved to have met Morris and Ryan. I am super grateful for their Knowledge, Excellent Customer Service and Ability to do a great job and take care of my vehicle as if it were their own. It’s a blessing to have guys that I trust with my Z finally! It’s in great hands now!! Morris and Ryan are First Class and I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you both so much and I Will be back once I need any further maintenance done. Tony More
Overall the dealership is ok... nothing.that distinguishes it from the pack.....I bring my 2019 Maxima which I purchased new at Modern Nissan and other vehicle to your location for one reason... distinguishes it from the pack.....I bring my 2019 Maxima which I purchased new at Modern Nissan and other vehicle to your location for one reason.....the service writer named "DALLAS". Without him being onboard I would go elsewhere. I am not related to Dallas, nor do I know him outside of your facility....he simply does his job very well and I appreciate his effort. They were fine. My only issue was the person responding was extremely slow getting the answers to what I thought were very simple questions. Ryan was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the various cars in the showroom. I was curious about The Kicks when I arrived for a routine oil change for my old car; I had observed oth about the various cars in the showroom. I was curious about The Kicks when I arrived for a routine oil change for my old car; I had observed other drivers along the road last week. He made learning about all of it's new features fun. Ryan has continued to provide instructions on the safety shield, around view monitoring, and its comfortable interior. I am excited about all of the safety features my new car has and even he was very helpful in demonstrating how to sync my devices with the Kicks. All of the sales staff were very knowledgeable and supportive. I would highly recommend this Nissan Dealership. More
I have been using this dealership since I bought my Pathfinder in 2014. They had just opened and I was the first one to purchase a new vehicle. Service has been superb. Techs are always letting me know if they found anything that needs immediate attention or if it can wait until the next service. Wait times are reasonable and I have always been given updates and apologies if it takes longer than I was told. I like that I can watch my vehicle being worked on while waiting in the lounge. Prices are reasonable and service deals are good money savers. I just used a sales on new tires to get four new tires on my Pathfinder. I had checked other tire stores, etc. and no one could beat the price. I was able to get the same tires that were original equipment. No other store had these tires. More
