Perfect vehicle at a great price! I had been looking for a particular used make/model. I found it online at Monroe Nissan via Cargurus.com and sent an email. Got a response email and call from Rich within 30 min. He couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Communication and knowledge of the vehicle was great! I made it in the next day to look at the vehicle with "my price" in mind and Rich was able to deliver. I've bought many cars over the past few years, and this is the ONLY dealership that really wants your business. Rich gave me the deal I was looking for without the "normal" hours of games. Get "Cranked" up My sister is in her 2nd year of law school. Her car stated giving her fits and we all know law school is not cheap so add on the frustration of bills. Needless to say Tarik Crank went above and beyond to make sure she was taking care of from the beginning to the end and even encouraging her with words of wisdom for school. My sister drove away in a brand new Nissan Altima. This may seem petty to some but it's a relief to know she has reliable transportation, at an affordable price, and the decision was made because he " CRANKED IT UP!! " More
