Dealership was clean and all but when we couldn't make a deal on the first vehicle they ran my credit on a vehicle we had NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED. Why did yall pick a random second vehicle instead of actually deal on the first vehicle they ran my credit on a vehicle we had NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED. Why did yall pick a random second vehicle instead of actually looking into the second vehicle I was interested in? For some reason we switched salesmen in the middle of the process and the second sales man was rude and condescending. Didn't try to help at all just kept trying to push this vehicle I didn't want. I want to be very honest and transparent about Monroe Nissan, whatever I feel it was at least five years ago (when I shopped for a car before- rude, not attentive, unhelpful, etc) it has changed! I am extremely impressed at the car buying experience from the beginning to the end when I drove off the lot! I have had such a warm, supportive, and patient experience buying my new 2022 Nissan Kicks SR! Bobby, the salesman I worked with, was very patient with me over a few days time, took the time to help me with my options, was informative and supportive, and by no means was pushy. The individuals in the finance department were so helpful as well! In addition to Bobby, they too were very personable and showed genuine courtesy and empathy during my experience. There was not one moment that I felt overwhelmed or stressed during this process! I truly feel that if I formed a relationship with this dealership that will last many years to come! Just stop in and ask for Bobby- you won't regret it! More
We had the pleasure of 'teaming' up with BOBBY AROUNSACK when purchasing our new 2022 Rogue Sport this weekend. It was REFRESHING to meet a salesman with INTEGRITY and who took time to assess what my need when purchasing our new 2022 Rogue Sport this weekend. It was REFRESHING to meet a salesman with INTEGRITY and who took time to assess what my needs were, what my style desires were and my price point (although in today's market the cost did exceed what I wanted to spend with dealer markup and no incentives at the time). BOBBY went the extra mile to find a car to best fit my checklist. IT WASN'T THE BEST TIME TO HAVE TO GET A CAR as we all know; however, Bobby, with assistance from his team, located a model that checked off all the items on my list at another location. They had the vehicle transported to their location within an hour while we completed the paperwork. BOBBY was the PERFECT salesperson for me. He was NOT a high-pressure, fast talking, stereotypical salesman. He was extremely polite, attentive and honest during our transaction. Everyone we met at Monroe Nissan were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. If you want a pleasant car buying experience, you won't go wrong making your first stop Monroe Nissan. DO NOT LET THE (current) SPARSE CAR LOT PREVENT YOU FROM STOPPING IN - as I said, they did not have the car I wanted on the lot; but, they were able to find the EXACT car I desired (color interior/exterior, trim, model and style) in their database and my luck, they had one in Charlotte. Monroe Nissan was very pleasant at first until we had issues with our purchase on a Nissan Rogue. Warning: considering reading all the way through. Monroe Nissan was very pleasant at first until we had issues with our purchase on a Nissan Rogue. The following day we noticed a couple issues with the vehicle and mentioned it to the sales person, sales manager, and service manager. They responded that these noises were completely fine. Note: you can only return the car in one week according to the general manager, so this kept us liable for the car until after deadline. After the deadline they admitted the car had issues and began to repair the issues. Issues were as follows: transmission/engine erratic, driver side mirror faulty (noisy with wind), part of brake mechanics were not working on either side of the car. As you can tell this was very concerning and enraging that a brand such as Nissan was willing to “make a quick buck” off me and my family, and potentially putting us in danger. Warning: This whole process is a long read as they were extremely unhelpful in as many ways as “professionally” possible. As they began to repair the issues that were a Original concern they did not document unfortunately. They attempted to repair the car a total of 3 undocumented times, and 2.5 documented times. The reason I included a “.5” times is the final repair was a unorthodox repair Before the final repair Nissan has drug this process out a total of 4 months and 7,500 miles on our car that we did not drive. We maybe had our car for 3 weeks of the four months. We originally asked for a buy back after they admitted these issues, so we could potentially get another car from them, but they already scammed me and got my money so they pretended I was a gnat that would eventually go away. I have been told that the car would not make the 100,000 mile warranty and I would be okay by a sales manager because I would get my money back from cooperate; completely disregarding my families safety. As they tried to make me pay for repairs that were original concerns from the first day. There is plenty more! A whole 4 months worth of shady Nissan employees. From poor responsiveness, unprofessionalism, and conniving behavior. Please consider any other dealership, but if not GOOD LUCK! More
