Horrible!!! very dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We bought a $40,000 used car from these people and the salesman was very nice but the manager Dawd is a dishonest person and lied to us serveral times We bought a $40,000 used car from these people and the salesman was very nice but the manager Dawd is a dishonest person and lied to us serveral times. The engine broke 3 weeks after we bought it and it was a fight to get them to do anything. It is now broke again and we just found out that they spray painted a $40,000 car to cover up damage. The paint fell off when the Infinti dealer washewashed the car. Maybe this will get Dawd to call me back? Our lawyers are sueing the owners Cady and Terry Taylor directly. More

will not respond I recently purchased a 2010,for my daughter well everything was ok until I returned home in NC which is a 5 hour drive- and noticed the passenger wind I recently purchased a 2010,for my daughter well everything was ok until I returned home in NC which is a 5 hour drive- and noticed the passenger window would not go up or down...called salesman several times he would never return my call....once I did speak with him he brushed it off like it was nothing....maybe it's not a big deal to him but I drove over ten hours round trip....there is clearly something wrong with the Windows they are all going up very slowly.....really bad customer service Mazen Tutah....all other employees were a great help thanks Zack. Having had an accident in I just want to start by saying "thank you so much to Monroe Nissan". I came into the dealership with special circumstances. Having had an accident in my 2014 Altima I just knew I would not be able to walk away with a car that I loved. Fortunately, Anthony and the Monroe staff were patient with me by showing me different options in cars, price and style until I found one that I really liked. Since I'd just bought an Altima a year ago, I didn't want to get back into the same basic Altima even though I had negative equity. I wanted to upgrade. Well Anthony found me a better option. Needless to say, I walked away in a brand new 2015 Rogue! I love it!!! More

Worse car dealership I've ever delt with. If you are not local do not purchase here. We are in Virginia and looked around alot before finding what we thought was our perfect NISSAN CERTIFIED u If you are not local do not purchase here. We are in Virginia and looked around alot before finding what we thought was our perfect NISSAN CERTIFIED used car at Monroe Nissan. As we are 3 hours away we relied on the information on the website to be correct however it was not until my husband was signing the papers to purchase our vehicle that he was told not only was our car not certified but none of the used cars they offer are. We should have walked away then but unfortunately we did not. The next issue was the fact that at the time of the purchase of our car the salesman only had one of the keys to the car however he assured my husband he would get the other one on Monday morning and put it in the mail. It's been 4 weeks ago and we've not only not recieved our key but after several phone calls that we've made we've been told a few lies about the key (the times we were called back) and at this point can only assume that we are being ignored. Finally they did not properly transfer our tags and causing me to ride around illegally for 2 weeks unbeknownst to me. Monroe Nissan is the worst car dealership we've ever heard of much less delt with. More

Buyer Beware if your looking for certified pre owned! Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Monroe Nissan are crooks they are the car guys that give car dealers a bad name! I was sold 370Z that had been in 3 accidents and Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Monroe Nissan are crooks they are the car guys that give car dealers a bad name! I was sold 370Z that had been in 3 accidents and was sold to me as a certified pre owned but then never registered with Nissan as a certified pre owned because it had been in 3 collisions and could not be certified due to amount of damage done to vehicle in accidents. They broke NC law and I am currently in the process of filing suit against them. Please be careful if you are buying a certified pre owned! I was never shown the car fax and completely defrauded and mislead through the entire process. I have owned several vehicles and this is hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had! More
