WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have never been treated worst in my life at a car dealership! Took 10+ minutes to be greeted. Salesman could not name one feature on the car nor cou I have never been treated worst in my life at a car dealership! Took 10+ minutes to be greeted. Salesman could not name one feature on the car nor could my salesman or Afsheen the so called GM provide me with a window sticker for a new vehicle so that I could see the features on this vehicle. The salesman was nice and tried his best but the GM Afsheen is very rude, disrespectful, condescending and a liar! The price was 4K more than what they advertised which is illegal. The rude GM told us we did not qualify for the rebate on the car because we were not Nissan VPP which we were. So I walked out went to East Charlotte Nissan and bought the same car for 4K less and got the rebate that Afsheen said I did not qualify for. Not sure if Afsheen is new but the owner should be ashamed and he cost that dealership the deal! Trust me go elsewhere and buy from any other Nissan dealer in town! This dealer is a bad as they get and stay far away! More

Total misrepresentation of pricing on web Let me start with I purchased the car as a gift for my 22 year old daughter that graduated college last weekend from UNCC, with her bachelors degree, Let me start with I purchased the car as a gift for my 22 year old daughter that graduated college last weekend from UNCC, with her bachelors degree, while being a full 7 mom to a 15 month old and working a full time job in her field. Her fiance is in nursing school full time and working, paying for his schooling. I bought it because of her. but no thanks to the dealer deceptive practices. Advertised price 8,999 + Dealer fee + registration ..... And buried way down in fine print after all of these fees is a little statement for a reconditioning fee? Oh ok. We drove almost 2 hours to the dealer, looked at the car, loved the car. Test drove the car. All great. Sat down at the table to purchase the car, and there was the dealer reconditioning fee, 20% of the advertised price, almost $1,900 on a car advertised at $8,999. I was livid, everyone saw it, I told dealer to shred my personal information and I walked out the door. More
