Quick to sell me a dirty car with promise of detail and wate Sale went quick and easy..the problem starts when I came to look at the car ..they couldn't find the keys so I left my number .. the salesman and mana Sale went quick and easy..the problem starts when I came to look at the car ..they couldn't find the keys so I left my number .. the salesman and manager told me they needed to find the keys and fully detail the car to leave my number they would call me back..they called me told me car was done it was ready to look and test drive .. the sales men where friendly..when I get there the car had water spots on every part of the car including windows..i test drive the car i like the car..went along with the purchase with a promise to detail and get rid of the water spots..Mike menkes gave me his card said to call him 1hr before I wanted to come in and they would take care of me..so I call 3hrs in advance and I tell Mike I can be in between 3 and 4 o'clock he says I'm going out to detail now to let them know your coming..well when I get there they were not informed had no knowledge of me coming in ..no big deal they call Mike he tells them what to do ..I ask how long they tell me 1.5 hours I tell them I will be back in 2.. when i go to pick up the car the water spots are better but not gone no detail they left whatever they where using to clean the water spots on the hood doors and driver side chrome around windows ..I went and got the kid I gave my keys to and he told me another guy did the work and he was sorry..their is schatches on the mirrors and windows from the steel wool they were scrubbing with and the cleaner they left on the chrome on the driverside discolored it .when i was doing paperwork buying the car one of the sales people said they were taking the car to fill up the tank when I got in the car it was almost empty went and talked to the salesmen he apologised and said he didn't know they didn't do this at this dealership which lead me to think he was new no big deal he offers to take the car and pay out if his pocket to put gas in with was nice but I didn't let him ..over all I am very unsatisfied with the service I got .. now I have a car that I'm paying on for the next 6 years and I'm going to have to pay to get the water spots off and I don't know how the scratches in the windows are going to be fixed .just over all very unsatisfied..I will not buy another car from any momentum dealership..
