Rick was pleasantly professional. The work requested was done promptly. Although I knew my tires were significantly worn, I didn’t bring my Camry in for that. Nonetheless, Rick brought their condition to done promptly. Although I knew my tires were significantly worn, I didn’t bring my Camry in for that. Nonetheless, Rick brought their condition to my attention and outlined multiple tire options. I’m grateful for that discussion and am now researching my options. Hopefully, I will return for tires. Had a headlight changed, but had to go back to the dealership because it was totally pointing the wrong direction. Then after having it adjusted, I received a call saying that tech had left his phone dealership because it was totally pointing the wrong direction.
